What CarrierReady is
CarrierReady estimates how a motor carrier compares with freight brokers’ published and reported setup requirements, using public FMCSA data and information you provide. It is an information tool.
What it is not
- No guarantees. We don’t guarantee approvals, loads, rates or insurance prices. Brokers make their own decisions and can change requirements without notice.
- Not legal or insurance advice. We are not a law firm or an insurance agency. Talk to a licensed agent or attorney before making coverage or compliance decisions.
- Not affiliated with any broker or FMCSA unless we say so explicitly.
Broker requirements
Every requirement shows its source, date and confidence. They can be out of date or wrong. If you spot an error, email us and we’ll review it.
Your account
- Only check or claim carriers you’re authorized to act for. We verify control of a USDOT number by emailing its FMCSA-registered address.
- Keep the information you report accurate. Don’t upload documents you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t scrape, overload or try to break the service.
Paid plans
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Liability
CarrierReady is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost loads or revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users first.
