Questions carriers ask

How old does my authority need to be for Arrive Logistics?

Arrive Logistics's published rule is 365 days of active operating authority. Brokers usually count from your original grant date; a lapse can restart the clock.

What insurance does Arrive Logistics require?

$1M auto liability and $100K cargo, plus $1M general liability. The federal minimum for general freight is $750K, so many carriers need to raise their limit before applying.

Will Arrive Logistics accept a Conditional safety rating?

No. Arrive Logistics accepts Satisfactory or Unrated carriers. Most small carriers are Unrated, which is not the same as Conditional.

How do I set up with Arrive Logistics?

Arrive Logistics onboards carriers through Highway. Have your W-9, certificate of insurance, authority details and (if you factor) your notice of assignment ready.
